The COVID-19 Pandemic brought many unexpected challenges and situations to the workplace. As we look to the future and the "new normal", organizations need to think differently about how they will interact with their constituents, fundraise, and manage day to day operations. Our panel of non-profit professionals share their experiences throughout the pandemic and will discuss how they've addressed these challenges so far, what's worked and what needs improvement, and the next steps to take for continued future success. Kelly Galanis is the Director of Operations and Donor Relations at Springfield Technical Community College. She has worked in the field of advancement and higher education for the past 20 years, previously serving at Westfield State University and Bay Path University. Kelly is currently the President of Women in Philanthropy of Western Massachusetts.

Karen Holbrook, CFRE is a fundraiser, storyteller, and believer that every person is a potential philanthropist. She has worked in the field of advancement for the past 10 years, most recently at the Association of Marian Helpers, and previously at UMass Amherst. Karen is currently a member of the Board of Directors for Women in Philanthropy of Western Massachusetts. 

Kylie Laurenitis is the Director of Annual Giving for Leadership Gifts and Athletics at Springfield College. She has worked in the field of advancement and athletic development and higher education for the past five years, previously serving at Bucknell University and Sacred Heart University. Kylie is currently a member of the Board of Directors for Women in Philanthropy of Western Massachusetts.
