Cancellation Policy
In the case of severe weather, a meeting may be postponed. If this happens, you will receive notification via email as soon as possible about the postponement and new meeting date. 

Refund Policy
When an event or program requires payment, payment is requested in advance unless prior arrangements are made. If you are unable to attend an event and notify WiP via email three or more business days prior to the event, a refund will be made. Alternately, someone may attend in your stead. However, any variance in membership status between the registered party and the replacement party will result in an invoice for the remainder of the event fee. 

Media Policy
Photographs and/or video may be taken at this event to support Women in Philanthropy's efforts to educate and inform the community on the role of philanthropy in marketing materials, on our website, and through social media. If you prefer your image not to be used please notify us at the event.
