We have those those days where everything seems to go just right - where we’re truly rockin’ it. Based on the Clifton Strengths assessment, learn how to have more days that you are maximizing your potential, reaching your goals and raising more money. Gallup research has shown that employees who use their strengths are six times more engaged in their jobs and three times happier in life - and who wouldn’t want that? Colleen will walk you through some simple steps to recognize your strengths and be more confident in rockin’ them each and every day.

Takeaways:

  • Learn to leverage the way you naturally make decisions, communicate and get things done
  • Let go of the desire to be well-rounded
  • Use your strengths to meet your goals and your team’s goals
