About the Topic:

We all know donors are the lifeblood of our work, but many of us hesitate to engage donors in meaningful ways. We'll discuss what works, what doesn't, and how your organization can partner with donors to increase your impact, and their giving.

About the Speaker:

Beth Spong has been a nonprofit leader for 30 years, starting as a board member and volunteer, and then as a professional. Having served in multiple roles: co-founder, development director, chief operating officer, executive director, leadership coach, and consultant. Beth brings experience and wisdom from the trenches.

In the Pioneer Valley, she has served as director of Donor Relations at The Care Center in Holyoke and executive director of MotherWoman from 2008 to 2013. She’s currently Chief Operating Officer at Treehouse Foundation in Easthampton where she has been a catalyst for tripling the donor base, doubling organizational revenue, and increasing impact and visibility from the local to national level.

Beth believes in the power of nonprofit excellence and joyful philanthropy to change the world.
