About the Speakers:

Kelly Minton is the Co-Founder and Director of Operations at Innovation Accelerator, brings experience from the nonprofit and for-profit sectors. She has worked as a marketing associate in the corporate world, launched two startups and has worked in nonprofit advancement. She is well versed in traditional fundraising and board governance. She is immersed in entrepreneurial life, often finding dinner conversations with her family centered on that subject.

Heather Bell, Co-Founder at Innovation Accelerator, is an experienced analytical and detail-oriented professional skilled in strategic relationship development, negotiation, planning, project management, and process improvement. She offers a demonstrated history of working in private industry and public higher education.
