Creating a Culture of Philanthropy
A half-day workshop

Laurie Herrick, Founder and President, RAINMAKER Consulting
Eric Phelps, Principal, RAINMAKER Consulting

About the Topic:
Does your organization have a culture of philanthropy? Have your board and staff tried one thing and then another to create a flow of financial support to no avail? Do board members and staff work together to generate the resources that your agency needs? This half day workshop is designed to teach development leaders how to make an organizational shift to one where resources are readily available. We will first learn about culture and it’s impact on us, then identify the specific needs of our agencies so we leave with a plan for action. Board members, development professionals  are encouraged to attend this workshop together as the critical partnership between these groups will make the impact of the workshop longer lasting.
